Check in time: 3:00 P.M. Late or early check in by prior arrangement.
Check out time: 11:00 A.M. Luggage storage available after check out.
Rates: Price is based on Double Occupancy. Additional fee applies for additional guests in suites. Two-night minimum stay is required on weekends select dates and holidays.
Group reservation: Full pre-payment required for groups and individuals reserving two or more rooms for any given date.
Payment and Deposit: Full cost of the reservation is required as deposit to guarantee your reservation and hold selected room for you. It will be charged to your Credit card at the time of booking.
CANCELATION FEE SCHEDULE:
Free cancelation before 7 days of check in date.
Cancelation within 7 days of arrival results in forfeiture of the deposit.
The deposit for the reservation is 100% non-refundable after 7 days of check in date.
Special Cancelation schedule for groups 30 days.
No refunds for early departure for any reason.
Any information, including credit card and personal details we gather at this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
There are steeped steps at the entrance to the historic inn and there is no elevator to upper level. If you handicap and unable to negotiate the steps we recommend to consider one of the rooms in Garden level.
Wavier of liability - Guests are encouraged to use caution and hold on to the rails when going up or down the stairs. Use at your own risk.

NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE GARDEN OR IN THE POOL
A “No Smoking” policy is observed inside the historic inn. Please be courteous to others when smoking outside in the common area.
Pets are not accepted. Guests with service animals may be accommodated in Hydrangea suite only. Guest must register the animal in advance at the time of booking. Non refundable cleaning fee of $200 will apply.
Guests are responsible for their belonging. We are not responsible for lost items.
